Founded in 2012, DN2A Seguros is a company that specialized in Insurance and Benefits Consulting, as well as Risk Management, with a focus on midsize and large companies.
DN2A was created and structured according to the concept of a services boutique, where clients can obtain integrated and unique insurance and reinsurance solutions that fit their needs.
Consisting of a team of highly qualified professionals from the insurance market, and whose values are part of the company’s DNA, the values that DN2A holds in highest regard is transparency, ethics, and a win/win relationship with clients.

Our Team
Roberto Dana
Founder and CEO
A civil engineer with an MBA in Marketing from FGV, with almost 30 years of experience in the insurance market after having initiated his career as risk and claims engineer at a major insurer.
Afterwards, he worked at relevant posts in some of the country’s leading brokerages, and was president and CEO at two of these.
Thiago Figueiredo Dana
Co-Founder
An economist with a degree from IBMEC, he began his career in the financial market, working in the research area and on the operations desk. In 2008, he took over as reinsurance broker for major engineering projects at one of the top five brokerages in the field.
Starting in 2010, he worked for two years as risk underwriter at Austral Seguradora. In 2012, he accepted the challenge of founding DN2A with Roberto Dana and currently works in the technical area.
Thaís Dana
Partner
With a degree in Economic Sciences from PUC-Rio, she was part of the exchange program at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She began her career in the insurance market thanks to an internship at DN2A. She later moved to the financial market, where she worked at an investment bank focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and financial restructuring. In 2016, she returned to DN2A since then she has been working in the technical area.
André Scudiere
Partner
Graduated in Insurance Management from UNESA, André Scudiere started his career in the insurance market at Bradesco Seguros, where he worked as an employee benefit insurance broker. Subsequently, Mr. Scudiere joined Ben’s Consultoria, working in the implementation, comercial and quotation areas. In 2018, André Scudiere accepted the challenge of joining DN2A's team as a partner, focusing his work on New Bussiness.
